Our warranty covers:

Manufacturing Defects
Faults in materials or workmanship under normal usage and proper installation.
LED Module Performance
Assurance on lumen maintenance and colour consistency within specified tolerances.
Driver & Component Reliability
Coverage on internal drivers and key electrical components, subject to correct electrical load and environmental conditions.

To qualify for warranty:

Products must be installed by qualified personnel according to our technical guidelines
Usage conditions must comply with stated specifications (temperature, humidity, voltage, etc.)
Proof of purchase or project delivery documentation is required
